Being a member is free and as a member you can gain access to various discounts, our online support forum and pay-per-information service.

Pay-per-information service is provided as $20 per half hour, charged in 30 minute blocks and is only accessible by registered members. Become a member in 5 minutes by contacting 0433 311 499 and ask about the "discount of the month".

What we quote for labour is what we charge, with a maximum labour charge of $120!

We don't want you to feel pressured into a situation that costs you more than you can or want to afford. We believe in ensuring our customers are well aware of the charge before they commit to getting their computer fixed.

As well as discounts for members, we also have discounts for concession card holders!

Members save 10% on all labour charges and when you show your concession card, you receive a further 10% discount on the labour charge!

No after hours or weekend penalty rates

We only work between 6:30pm and 11:30pm Mon - Fri and 8:00am to 5:00pm Saturdays, so there are no penalty rates for after hours, providing you with the convenience of us coming to you when you have the time after a day at work.

No pickup or delivery fee's

As long as you go through with the quote delivered, there is no "call-out fee". If we are unable to fix your computer in your home and need to take it back to the depot, we will not charge a pick-up or delivery fee.
